It is contended that petitioner was granted interim bail for attending to his wife, who required urgent treatment. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner had undergone surgery on 08.03.2019 and is still in hospital and likely to be discharged shortly, and post discharge, as per the advice of the hospital, she requires family support for recovery for about four weeks.

for the respondent, who prays for time to verify the same. 5.

At request, re-notify on 25.03.2019.

6.

In the meantime, interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 11.02.2019, is extended till the next date of hearing on the same bonds and conditions.

7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the surety bond has been furnished by the wife of the petitioner and she is admitted in hospital. He prays that exemption may be granted from her personal appearance before the Trial Court for acceptance of the surety bond. 8.

Keeping in view the fact that the wife of the petitioner is a surety and is admitted in hospital and her identity has already been verified by the Trial Court while accepting the bail bond, in the first instance, she is granted exemption from personal appearance before the Trial Court for extension/acceptance of the surety bond. 9.
