The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 370/2019 of Police Station Burari for offence under Section 363/366/370 IPC and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act.

Broadly speaking, according to prosecution case, the accused/applicant and two others pushed the prosecutrix, a minor girl, into flesh trade. Initially, all three of them absconded, which led to delay in commencement of trial. Now, all three of them are in jail. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after testimony of all public witnesses are recorded in the trial. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
