% 15.01.2020 This petition has been listed on a request received from the Court of the learned Additional Session Judge-II (North West), Rohini Courts, Delhi seeking transfer of SC No. 4537/2019 titled Union of India vs. M/s Franco India Remedies Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. to the Court of the Additional Session Judge-II, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The Registry should have treated this to be as a Transfer Petition (Criminal).

The learned Additional Session Judge-II North West, Rohini Courts has observed that the complaint relates to the jurisdiction of the Shahdara District and the said Court has no jurisdiction to try the case. In view of the above, case being SC No. 4537/2019 is transferred to the Court of the learned Additional Session Judge-II, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. The same be listed before the said Court on 12.02.2020 for further directions.

The petition is allowed.
