After some hearing, Ms. Simran Brar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application seeking intervention, with liberty to take recourse to remedial measures in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

This is a writ petition seeking following prayers: "a. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari/mandamus quashing the Show Cause Notice dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
21.02.2022 issued by the Respondent No.2, Under Secretary (INSAT), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, New Delhi whereby and whereunder the denial of the security clearance vide letter dated 16.02.2022 has been conveyed and the petitioner is called upon to reply within 15 days of receipt of this notice on why their permission granted from unlinking/downlinking of its channel "News 11 Bharat' not be cancelled in view of such denial of security clearance by MHA.
b. T. call for records of the security clearance report vide letter dated 16.02.2022, and to further direct the respondent no.2 & 3 to specify reason(s) for denial of security clearance to the petitioner which previously was in possession of such security clearance in continuation from last 10 years, in view the Principles of Natural Justice so as to provide an opportunity to the petitioner of giving an effective reply to such denial by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on advance notice of the application noted above, submits that in view of the Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2025, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, ISI Division, Government of India conveying the security clearance for renewal of permission for uplinking / downlinking of news and current affairs channel namely "News 11 Bharat" (earlier known as News 30 and before that News Guru) of M/s Media Guru News Private Limited and its Directors namely Sh. Baby Chatterjee and Mr. Arup Chatterjee for a further period of ten years, nothing remains to be agitated in the present writ petition. 5.
Ms. Nidhi Raman, learned Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC) appearing for the respondent, has handed over a copy of the Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2025 and the letter dated 09.09.2025, issued by the Under Secretary, Govt. of India. The same is taken on record. 6.
In view of the aforesaid and the OM dated 25.02.2025, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition in view of the fact that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
the petitioner had only challenged the SCN dated 21.02.2022. 7.
