Notice on this writ petition was issued on 15.01.2020. 2.
On that date, Ms. Dwivedi represented the respondents. Seven(7) days were given to file a counter-affidavit. The counteraffidavit has not been filed. 3.
The substantive prayers made in the writ petition are as follows:- " a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions for processing the application submitted by Petitioner institution seeking recognition for the ITEP course; and/or b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions for NCTE reaccept the any other details as desired; " W.P.(C) 551/2020

It is the petitioner's case that the requisite fee has been deposited.
4.1 For this purpose, my attention has been drawn to pages 103 & 104 of the paper book.

Furthermore, Mr. Mayank Manish, who, appears for the petitioner has also drawn my attention to page 108. In support of his plea that a hard copy of the application has also been furnished to the respondents.

Ms. Dwivedi, who, appears on behalf of the respondents says that she has instructions to convey that if the fee as claimed by the petitioner has been received, the application of the petitioner for recognition of ITEP course shall be processed. 6.1 The statement of the counsel is taken on record. 7.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of Ms. Dwivedi.

Needless to add, the application will be processed subject to the verification of the assertions made therein and the contents of documents appended thereto.
