This suit is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the plaintiffs to file a fresh suit and in that fresh suit plaintiffs will give all the necessary particulars as required under Order 6 Rule 4 CPC, including of title deeds or mutation existing on the date of death of Sh. Tara Chand, all the properties thus being owned by Sh. Tara Chand and accordingly for the plaintiffs to have shares in the same. Plaintiffs will also mention about the present order in the fresh suit by pleading the complete causes of action qua each of the properties.
