% 27.03.2019 It is submitted by counsel for the State/respondent that vide order dated 03.12.2018, the application of parole made by the petitioner was declined as period of six months had not lapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole which was granted to him from 21.08.2018 to 20.09.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention to the amendment order No.F-18/91/2009/HG-Pt-I/1661-1673. Heard.
