It is not in dispute that the issue which arises in the captioned matter is similar to the issue which arises in W.P.(C)No.10930/2019, titled : Smt. Amrit Kunwar Mahavidyalaya v. National Council For Teacher Education & Anr. 2.

To be noted, W.P.(C)No.10930/2019 has been disposed of by me today i.e. 22.01.2020.

It may be relevant to note and which is also not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents that in this case, though, the fee was remitted, the same was refunded by the respondents.

Therefore, the captioned writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 22.01.2020 passed in in W.P.(C)No.10930/2019. The direction contained therein will apply mutatis mutandis to this matter as well. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J JANUARY 22, 2020/aj
