She prays that the Trial Court may be requisitioned to dispose of the matter expeditiously and seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh, if so required. Leave and liberty, as prayed, is granted.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the learned Trial Court below to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible.
