1. This is an application filed by the appellant seeking correction of a typographical error in his name in the judgment dated 16.03.2024.

2. Despite advance service, none appears on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having perused the said judgment as also the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court, we find that the appellant is correct in urging that his name has been wrongly spelt out as "Jampa Gyal Tesn" instead of "Jampa Gyaltsen" in the judgment dated 15.03.2024.

4. The application is, accordingly, allowed by directing that the name of the appellant in the judgment dated 15.03.2024 will now be read as "Jampa Gyaltsen".

5. The application stands disposed of.
