% 26.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to perform the Barsi of his father and to take care of his mother and younger brother. He also challenges the order dated 28th December, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole on the ground aforesaid was rejected. A nominal roll of the petitioner has been handed-over from which it is evident that after the rejection of the parole on 28th December, 2018 petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks with effect from 4th February, 2019. Petitioner having been granted furlough and having availed the same, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
