As per status report, pursuant to order dated 15.01.2020 the CDRs of accused Prem @ Shobit and of petitioner, namely Dhanraj, have been obtained. On analysis of CDRs, it is revealed that both were in touch with each other. In the morning of 14.09.2019, they made six calls to each other. On 15.09.2019, petitioner switched off his mobile phone and thereafter, he went to Bihar on 16.09.2019, which seems to be suspicious. In view of above, the present application is dismissed.
