After arguments and at the stage of dictation of the judgment this appeal and the applications in terms of the instructions received by the counsel for the appellant from the appellant who is present in person are disposed of as not pressed noting that not only that the appeal is filed with a huge delay of 1836 days and in which period other proceedings were initiated against the appellant but also the fact that impugned judgment decrees the suit by dismissing the leave to defend application under Order 37 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) on the ground that dishonoured RFA No.60/2018

cheque was given in satisfaction of proceedings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
