This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer(s):- "(a) direction to Respondent to conduct inspection of the Petitioner Institution as per the decision dated 19.09.2023 of the Grievance Committee taken in compliance of Order dated 14.08.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. [C] No.10092/2021 earlier filed by the Petitioner; . . ." 2.

Mr. Sharawat, learned senior counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 5863/2019 and more particularly to paragraph 20 which reads as under:- "20. Under the facts of the instant petitions, this court, at this stage, deems it appropriate to dispose of all three petitions with the following directions:

(i) The interim order passed in W.P.(C) 5863/2019 dated 01.06.2019 and W.P.(C) 5305/2020 dated 25.02.2021 are made absolute.

(ii) The respondent no.1-DGT is directed to constitute a Grievance Redressal Cell by way of a separate order consisting of the officers as mentioned in Order Memorandum dated 16.08.2022 to deal with the grievance of the petitioner-institution with respect to the de-affiliation of the petitioner-institution. (iii) Let the said Grievance Redressal Cell be constituted within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order passed by this court. The grievance of the petitioner-institution be thereafter considered as expeditiously as possible not beyond eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the grievance.

(iv) In case, an adverse order is passed by the Grievance Redressal Cell let an opportunity be provided to the petitioner-institution to file an appeal before the Appellate Committee and the same appellate mechanism be followed, as mentioned in the office memorandum dated 16.08.2021."

He further states that pursuant to the said direction, the Grievance Redressal Cell fixed an inspection on 09.10.2023 which, on account of medical reasons of the President of the Society, could not be carried out.

Mr. Sharawat, learned senior counsel states that now the petitioner is in a position to offer inspection and requests for the prayers to be granted. 6.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Pandey, learned senior panel counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and 2 and states that the inspection can be carried out in accordance with the extant rules and regulations of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Hence, the petition is allowed directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to carry out the inspection of the petitioner institute in accordance with the extant rules and regulations of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and take a decision with regard to grant of affiliation expeditiously and preferably within 8 weeks from today.
