Learned counsel for the Appellant states that in view of the subsequent developments whereby the Appellant institute has been declared a statutory body in terms of Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017 and the fact that the post of 'Director' no longer exists and has been replaced by 'Vice-Chancellor', he, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The interim orders passed by this Court also stand vacated. The application is disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
