Crl.M.A. 3827/2020 In this disposed of petition, vide this application the petitioner is seeking extension of his parole granted to him by order of 21st January, 2020 of this Court for filing Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after his release on parole on 24th January, 2020, despite taking steps for filing SLP, petitioner could not file it due to his medical condition and financial constraints. The instant application is supported by medical documents of petitioner.

W.P.(CRL) 100/2020

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State seeks time to verify the medical documents and file status report. Learned counsel for petitioner points out that petitioner has to surrender on 22nd February, 2020.

Let the status report be filed by tomorrow.
