After some hearing, learned counsel for the parties agree that the disputes between the parties under the Contract Agreement dated 23.02.2022 ["the Agreement"] may be referred to a sole Arbitrator under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, Shershah Road, New Delhi-110503 ["DIAC"].

In view of the above and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the disputes under the Agreement are referred to arbitration of Hon'ble Ms. Justice Asha Menon, former Judge of this Court [Tel: 9910384664]. The arbitration will be held under the aegis of DIAC, and ARB.P. 247/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. will be governed by the Rules of DIAC, including as to the remuneration of the learned Arbitrator.

The learned Arbitrator is requested to furnish a declaration under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, prior to entering upon the reference.

It is made clear that all rights and contentions of the parties are left open for adjudication by the learned Arbitrator. 5.

The petition stands disposed in these terms.
