Case No. 1204/2023, titled as "M/s Healncure Products Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Munna Prasad" presently pending in the Court of SH. AAKASH MOHAN, Ld. JMFC (NI Act), South, Saket Court, Delhi, to the Court of Ld. CMM, South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi."

Counsel for Respondents state that they have no objection to the aforenoted prayer.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and Ct. Case No. 1204/2023, titled as M/s Healncure Products Pvt. Ltd. v. Munna Prasad is transferred from South District, Saket Court to the South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi.
