% 29.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to approach the Court again for release on bail after the order on charge has been passed by the trial court, his further request being that the direction be issued to the concerned court to expedite the order on charge.
The petition for bail and the application filed therewith are presently dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Special Court is requested to expedite the consideration and passing of order on question of charge. After such order has been passed, the petitioner will have the liberty to apply afresh first to the Sessions Court and thereafter, if need be, to this Court. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
