The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of show cause notice dated 10th July, 2024 and demolition order dated 5th September, 2024 passed by respondent-MCD against Flat No. 29, 2nd Floor, Adarsh Kunj Apartment, Sector 13, Rohini, Delhi.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice submits that partial demolition of the petitioner's property has already taken place today.

Admittedly, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 10th July, 2024 which was followed by a demolition order dated 5th September, W.P.(C) 3149/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In the event the petitioner was aggrieved by the demolition order, the petitioner should have invoked his statutory remedy against the said order. 6.

In view of the above, no grounds are made out for entertaining the present writ petition.

The present petition along with all pending applications is dismissed accordingly.
