Fresh Status Report has been filed by the State. Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) states that the petitioner's daughter has been traced from Manesar where she was found along with respondent No.4, Rohit. Police Station Manesar had informed the local police at Delhi about her whereabouts. The statement of the petitioner's daughter was recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC wherein she has stated that she had left her home of her own free will and volition. The missing girl was brought to Delhi by the local police and handed over to the petitioner. Both the petitioner and his daughter are present in Court.
