Ms. Megha Karnwal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the account of the petitioner stands defreezed by the respondent/Bank. 2.
She further contends that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Court again since a lien to an extent of Rs.1 Lakh has been marked by the bank, if so advised.
