Learned counsel for the respondent submits that a committee has been formed to review the order dated 29.03.2022. The said committee is actively seized of the petitioner's request for withdrawal of the impugned debarment / banning order.

In the light of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
