By this petition, the petitioner states that in view of the offence committed FIR No.498/2018 registered at PS Kanjhawala ought not to have been registered simplicitor under Section 323/341/34 IPC but under Section 324 and 342 IPC.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer she states that in view of the weapon of offence allegedly used by the accused, Section 308 IPC has been added in FIR No.498/2018.
