% 15.01.2020 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute an appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law, by approaching the competent Court having territorial jurisdiction over the subject matter; in view of the stated position that Mr. Sonu Verma, Mr. Himanshu Verma and Mr. Madhur Verma are alleged to be in the illegal custody/confinement of Station House Officer, Nauchandi, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh-250003.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of

accordingly.

Needless to state that, the SHO of the Police Station Chhawla, District Dwarka, Delhi, shall take necessary action, in accordance with law, in regard to the complaint dated 13.01.2020, filed by Ms. Geetika Soni, the petitioner, a copy of which is annexed to the present petition as annexure P-2.
