W.P.(C) 508/2020 & CM No. 1361/2020 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer only to the extent that the National Highways Authority of India may consider the claim of the petitioner before releasing any funds in relation to the project in question.

In view of the limited prayer, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision thereon before releasing any funds for the project in question. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present petition.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
