The present applications have been filed seeking urgent directions against the respondents, and for the restoration of the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition had been filed seeking directions to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being raised by respondent no.3 in property bearing Plot No. 23-B, Gali No. 12, Anand Parbat, Delhi-110005. 3.

The present petition was disposed of vide order dated 24th February, 2025, with liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies, in case any grievance survives. activities were suspended for some time. However, respondent no. 3 has resumed the unauthorized construction, and is illegally constructing additional floors.

Thus, the present applications have been filed. 5.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Issue notice to respondent no. 3, by all modes, upon filing of process fee.

Let reply/Status Report be filed by the respondents within a period of four weeks from today.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks, thereafter. 9.

In case of any ongoing unauthorized construction, the same shall be stopped forthwith by respondent nos. 1 and 2. 10.

Accordingly, re-notify on 22nd August, 2025.
