This application is, accordingly, disposed of W.P.(C) 930/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereto directing the respondents to decide the application dated 26.06.2018 filed by the petitioner by giving an opportunity of being heard. Notice issued.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice and submits that the application filed by the petitioner shall be decided in a time bound manner in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the averments stated in the said application and

submissions of counsel for the parties, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the application dated 26.06.2018 filed by the petitioner within four weeks on the receipt of this order by giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Order Dasti.
