% 16.11.2016 Case is listed for cancellation of endorsements on the property documents which were furnished as security for granting letters of administration.

It is seen from the record that the property papers in respect of property bearing nos. F-10, Nizamuddin West, New Delhi-110013 and F-338, Asian Games Village, New Delhi-110049 were accepted as security vide order dated 09.12.2015.

It is also seen from the record that by order dated 02.11.2016, the Hon'ble Court has allowed the applications filed by the applicants for the discharge of the administration-cum-surety bonds and the release of above property cum security.

The original documents produced before me by the sureties namely

(1) Smt. Jyoti Sethi and (2) Mr. Nitin Sethi and Mrs. Ritu Sethi. The endorsements of security made on the original documents are hereby cancelled and initialed by the undersigned.

It is made clear that above properties no longer remain as security in the present case.
