The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) issue a Writ of mandamus or other appropriate Writ whereby the Ld. DRT-1, Delhi be directed to dispose off the interim relief prayed in S.A. No. 334/2024 expeditiously or within time frame manner." 2.

It is noted that the petitioner had filed a Securitization Application bearing no.334/2024 before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi (DRT) on 29.08.2024 impugning the sale certificate dated 17.04.2024 and further seeking declaration that the proceedings undertaken under Section 13(12) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) read with Rule 8 and 9 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Rules, 2002 are null and void, with a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further consequential relief to set aside the same. 3.

Without going into the merits or the maintainability of the said reliefs, we consider it apposite to dispose of this petition by requesting the learned DRT to dispose of the said Securitization Application (SA No. 334/2024) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months from date.

The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications are also disposed of.
