O R D E R

% 01.03.2017 The affidavit in terms of the last order has been filed, wherein in Para 10 the petitioner has stated as under:

"10. I say that I do not want to pursue the writ petition any more as I have to come to the Delhi again and again for the purpose of my treatment and filing of the instant case leaving my studies at Bettiah, Bihar and it is hampering my studies. Therefore, under the above circumstances, I do not want to pursue the writ petition and seek kind permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterates the said stand inasmuch as he does not want to pursue the writ petition. Accordingly the petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
