% 20.02.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and states that she would file a review application, as in the plaint prayer for permanent injunction was made in view of allegation that some of the deleted defendants had tried to disturb and violate the settled position of the appellant.
