By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks direction to learned JMFC, NI Court, (South East) Saket District Court (learned JMFC) to conclude the proceedings in CC No.5507/2019 at the earliest. 4.
Considering that the complaint initiated by the petitioner dates back in the year 2012, however, it got transferred from time to time. Be that as it may, though the petitioner has moved an application for seeking transfer The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the complaint case on 22.07.2025 and as reflected from the order sheets though the arguments have been addressed therein on 22.08.2025, 11.09.2025, 12.12.2025 and lastly on 04.02.2026, learned JMFC has once again adjourned the proceedings for 16.04.2026. 5.
Considering the aforesaid nature of the proceedings involved, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 6.
Accordingly, in view of the assertions made and the timeline involved, learned JMFC is hereby directed to dispose of the pending transfer application filed by the petitioner either on the next date of hearing, i.e., 16.04.2026 itself or latest by or before 30.04.2026 under all circumstances.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of. 8.
A copy of this order be sent to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, (South East) Saket District Court.
