% 23.03.2020 Crl.M.A.5677/2020 The petition has already been disposed of vide order 16.01.2020. The matter is taken up on Crl.M.A.5677/2020 filed on behalf of the Petitioner submitting to the effect that despite directions dated 16.01.2020 of this Court, there are orders dated 17.01.2020 and 28.02.2020 of the ACMM (Central) and it has been submitted further on behalf of the Petitioner that vide order dated 17.03.2020, the matter has now been fixed for the date 07.04.2020 by the Ld. Trial Court despite the proceedings before the Ld. Trial Court having been stayed. There is no representation on behalf of the Respondent in Crl.M.A.5677/2020 on which application the matter has been taken

up despite the service having been effected on the office of the Senior Standing Counsel of the Respondent.

In view of specific direction dated 16.01.2020, the Ld. Trial court is directed not to proceed further in any manner whatsoever in relation to CC No.520562/16 till further orders of this Court. The Trial Court record is directed to be requisitioned for the date 03.04.2020 without default, for which date the matter is renotified before the Roster Bench.

Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
