By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of four weeks for re-establishing social and family ties. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC (Crl.), upon instructions submits that the petitioner has already been released from jail on 05.04.2024 as he has already completed his entire sentence. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since this petition has been made through jail, he has no further instructions in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
