The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuing the directions to the respondents to conduct further investigations in Case FIR No. 559/2021, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli, to ascertain the circumstances which categorically suggest that it was a case of murder and not attempted suicide. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the Charge-Sheet has already been filed in the Court and the case is pending trial before the learned ASJ. 3.

No further directions are required to be made by this Court, though the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies before the learned Trial Court.
