O R D E R

% 10.02.2020 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking parole for a period of one month for filing SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Status report has been filed by the State.

3.

Petitioner has been sentenced to undergo the following punishments:

(i) Under Section 376D IPC RI for 20 years with fine of Rs.10,000/-, and in default of payment SI for 6 months. (ii) U/s 376(2)(I) IPC RI for 10 years with fine of Rs.10,000/-, and in default of payment of fine SI for 6 months. (iii) U/s 323 IPC RI for 6 months with fine of Rs.1000/-. (iv) U/s 366 IPC RI for 7 years and fine of Rs.5000, and in default of payment of fine SI for 3 months and 15 days

All the sentences shall run concurrently.

As per the status report the address of the petitioner now stands verified.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of three weeks for filing SLP before the Supreme Court, from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period and at the time of surrender he shall file proof of filing of SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for compliance.
