Ms. Luthra, learned Senior Advocate enters appearance for the mother of the deceased, Sneha and states that aggrieved by the impugned judgment dated 30.10.2018 whereunder, the respondents herein have been acquitted, the mother has filed an appeal that is listed before Division Bench-I today (Crl.A. No.250/2019). She states that a request has been made to Division Bench-I to transfer the said appeal to this Court, for being taken up together with the present leave petition filed by the State, being aggrieved by the same decision.

As and when the captioned appeal is placed before this Court, appropriate orders shall be passed.

Issue notice to the respondent by ordinary process, courier as also through the SHO of the concerned Police Station, returnable on 11.4.2019. 4.
