The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner is satisfied that he has been furnished with the mobile numbers of SHO, PS Shahdara and of the Beat Constables. However, the mobile numbers of the SHO, PS Welcome as well as mobile number of the Beat Constable be also furnished. 2.

Let the mobile numbers of the SHO, PS Welcome and of the Beat Constable be furnished in due course of the day. 3.

In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition, if needed in future.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty granted, as prayed for.
