CRL.M.C. 123/2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the final judgment and order has already been pronounced, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the present legal points in the subsequent proceedings in due course of time. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take such plea in subsequent proceedings as per law.
