% 29.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition vis-a-vis the right to apply afresh after the statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded by the trial court and thereafter approach the court again. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial court is requested to expedite the recording of the statement of the prosecutrix.
