% 27.01.2020 Mr. R.V.Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions, that learned Tribunal has been rather harsh in its observations on the officials of the petitioner. He has drawn the attention of the court to paras 1 and 10 of the order dated 24.05.2019, which he prays be deleted. He submits that he has instructions not to press this petition on merits. 2.

In light of the foregoing, we are of the view that paras 1 and 10 of impugned order dated 24.05.2019 be deleted.

The remaining order stands as it is. Let the order be complied with positively, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
