Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0001/2026 of Police Station Welcome for offence under Section 69/115(2)/351(3) BNS. 2.

At the outset, learned ASC appearing on advance intimation discloses on instructions IO/WSI Tulsi that the Zero FIR impugned in this case has already been transferred to the concerned jurisdiction and has been registered as FIR No.57/2026 of PS Chikkajala in Bengaluru City. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
