% 29.08.2017 The present writ petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation to some other agency.

Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC has informed this Court that a cancellation report with respect to the FIR lodged by the DDA has already been filed before the trial Court.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by such a report, it will be open for him to agitate before the concerned Court before any final order is passed by that court. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J.
