By way of the instant application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 498/2024, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4)/319(2)/61(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS').

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant as well as complainant submits that the dispute has been settled between the parties. 3.
This Court's attention has been drawn to the fact that the applicant herein had earlier filed bail application bearing No. 1463/2026 seeking interim bail in the present FIR on the ground that he want to settle the matter with the complainant. Vide order dated 28.04.2026, he was granted interim bail for a period of 15 days on certain terms and conditions. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties today that the matter has now been settled between the parties, the interim bail granted to the applicant is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. However, both the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of settlement.

Earlier date fixed i.e. 17.07.2026 stands cancelled. 7.
