The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.718/2014 registered under Sections 381/34 IPC at PS Model Town. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2017. Petitioner's wife Sandhya has already been arrested on 16.10.2014 and certain recoveries were effected from her possession.

Admittedly, the stolen articles were not recovered from the petitioner's possession. Charge-sheet has since been filed. Petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
