% 28.02.2024 Settlement Agreement dated 27.02.2024 arrived at under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that they have resolved their inter-se disputes and the settlement agreement has also been acted upon and all disputes stand closed. In the circumstances, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, as having been rendered infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous. Parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 27.02.2024.
