O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petitioner be released on parole in order to make arrangements for his daughter's engagement, which is scheduled on 09.02.2020. 2.

The factum that engagement of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled on the said date, has been verified. A nominal roll has also been furnished, which indicates that the petitioner's overall conduct in the jail has been satisfactory.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release. This is subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and one surety of an equivalent amount to the

satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The petitioner shall also provide his mobile number and ensure that he is reachable on it at all times. 4.

The petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
