Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted, after pointing out the order dated 29.11.2018 wherein it is stated that the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned court, that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Trial Court. 2.
In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, with liberty to move an appropriate bail application, immediately on the surrender of the petitioner before the Trial Court, which may be disposed of expeditiously by the Trial court.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the bail application, if any, moved by the petitioner expeditiously.
