Present letters patent appeal has been filed challenging the Order dated 21st February, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C) 2578/2024 (not annexed, exemption application has been filed), whereby the notice of the writ petition filed by the Appellant was issued to the Respondents without granting any stay on Public Notice bearing No.41/2023 dated 14th February, 2024.

Today, the learned counsel for the Respondent has handed over a copy of the order dated 21st February, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge. The same is taken on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant will be satisfied, in the event the date of hearing is preponed. 4.
Since the impugned policy is valid only till 31st August, 2024, this Court prepones the date of hearing before the learned Single Judge to 1st May, 2024.

It is clarified that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
